Welcome to Puberty Launch! This course has been designed to teach you and your child everything you need to know about puberty! This is ideal for girls aged 8-12.  When purchasing the full course, you will have access to 5 lessons, each over a specific topic that they will experience (anatomy, physical changes, periods or erections, staying healthy, safety).  Lessons are specific to boys or girls depending on which course you purchase. Within each lesson, there is a video and worksheets to go with each one to reinforce what was taught. Each video lasts between 10-40 minutes (the video on periods is the longest one).  In total, there will be under 2 hours of video time.

Let us take the hard work off your plate!  Just sit and relax while you and your child watch all the lessons.  This is a great opportunity to let someone else take the lead, and you will be prepared to take the lead in any follow-up conversations!  Give them the confidence they need to enter puberty without embarrassment or lack of knowledge!
